What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.
What you’ll do:
Support essential project duties including:
Promoting safe jobsites
Pre-job planning
Cost and labor tracking
Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
Procuring material and tools
Coordination of subcontractors
Contract compliance
Who you are:
We are pursuing entry-level candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
Internships or other relevant work experience
Strong work ethic
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Excellent communication
