Position : UX Designer
Location : San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Job Description :• Partner directly with ATS leaders to establish a coherent creative strategy and supporting materials that represent their vision and goals• Drive creative, coordinated digital strategies and content via presentations, email, newsletters, presentations, video, and web design to amplify the value of ATS.• Use visual storytelling to influence business decisions and create energy around an idea or an initiative• Contribute to the development of communications-related trainings and resources for engineering audiences.• Create and implement a cohesive ATS brand identity and design system across assets and templates in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Express, and other tools.• Connect dots across multiple stakeholder groups, collaborating with leaders, designers, program managers, developers, product owners, and others across the organization• 5+ years' experience in graphic design, with emphasis on experience in journalism, marketing, UX/UI design, or change management• A strong portfolio of past work that showcases your creative process and strategy• Strong conceptualization and visual communication capabilities• Proven ability to translate insights into designs through a variety of techniques• Superior skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools along with Office365• Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative workstyle across local and remote teams• Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility• Understanding of the digital media landscape and content platforms• History of skilled writing, with corporate or B2B writing a plus• Highly organized and meticulous workstyle• Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback• Experience with animation or video production/editing a plus
