Responsibilities:
Refine and communicate brand positioning, purpose, promise, and benefits based on industry insights
Translate brand elements into go-to-market strategies and plans
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Manage cross-functional teams on all brand initiatives
Measure and report performance of brand focused KPIs
Research and monitor market trends, customer markets and competitors’ activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies related to private brands
Oversee all of Bunzl’s private label (Own Brand) projects, managing through both direct and indirect authority.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business or related field. MBA preferred
5-10 years of proven success as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager for multibillion-dollar organization (Some B2B experience preferred)
Proven ability to analyze data and market conditions to develop brand and marketing strategies and make influential recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Outstanding communication skills
Motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
Manage time efficiently with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing often changing priorities.
10-15% travel
In office Mon-Thur, remote on Fri
