ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Lead (Senior)
to work in our
Washington, DC
office.
We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer (primary) / Administrator (secondary) to support end to end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals, with some light ServiceNow administration duties. The position will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.
The position will be part of the Cybersecurity Engineering team that manages, optimizes, and automates the tools in use by the broader enterprise. The position is full time and will support a US Government civilian agency. The position is available immediately upon finding a qualified candidate with the appropriate background clearance. This candidate will report to the Lead of the Engineering Team.
Salary Range: $124,000-155,000

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with deep expertise in ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.Proven ability to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow.Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms in ServiceNowExtensive experience with JavaScript, including client-side and server-side scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security model, and best practices.Experience with ServiceNow version control, update sets, and application deployment.Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and customized forms.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.Translate business requirements, map the user flow and investigate the best possible technical options in existing ServiceNow productsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
