Because we believe every transaction has the potential to be transformational.We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, the Account Director will own 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio while spearheading internal projects and overseeing a cohort of Team members on the Brand Strategy TeamResponsible for revenue growth, sales performance and providing guidance on promotional calendar to our brandsWorking in Tandem with the Performance Marketing Team, monitor performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPI’sManage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROIPresent monthly sales and advertising analytics to brands inclusive of annual reviews and weekly/bi-weekly touchpointsTrack / progress towards annual revenue targets for internal sales goalsProvide and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts for brandsRequirementsMinimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management roleStrong passion and experience in the beauty categoryAmazon Seller/Vendor Central experience a mustSelf-motivated with a high attention to detailMust be organized and thoughtfulExperience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendationsMS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GoogleExperience with Google Analytics, Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, and visionPTOSummer FridaysWellness and commuter benefitsWork with a fun, consultative team of expertsLocation - headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and BratislavaSALARY - $90,000 - $140,000
