Most of our time is spent helping clients with their inquiries; helping them to better understand how to use our software so that they can best serve their customers. You will lead the Money Movement Hub Client Support team responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience to our FIS clients using our money movement products. The team works closely with other FIS resources, including technical Service Delivery and Development teams, and Product Management. What you will be doing: You will jumpstart your future in the Fintech industry by managing an application functional support team, which provides hands-on training and growth opportunities.
