Our Entry Level Business Development Associate is key to maintaining a high level of customer service, community engagement, and market management as we bridge together our clients and customers in transactional sales relationships. Responsibilities:

Role models outstanding customer service for the teamWork closely with both the sales and customer service teams to develop and disseminate positive branding messages for our clients' products and services.Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handling customer complaints)Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Customer Service RepresentativesLearn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brandsFollow client guidelinesExecute campaign per management’s requestEfficiently communicate information to clients and consumersRequirements:

Highschool diploma or higher1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferredAbility to think on your feet and to problem solve effectivelyExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to apply constructive feedbackAbility to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environmentMust love working with people and be comfortable in a forward facing environmentWe use a personal approach that sets us apart from competitors to attract a real voice to the value that increases customer, client, and partner interaction. The average base salary forBusinessDevelopmentAssociate ranges between $45,000 and $75,500 per year. Experience and ability to build relationships within a sales format will determine the amount a BDA can make.
