Job Summary
Overview:
The Sr. Cybersecurity solutions architect will engage with SHI Cybersecurity Executives, Account Execs, Solution Architects, and Customers to uncover, develop, and win security product and services opportunities by building strong customer relationships at technical, architect, and executive levels. This role will consult with customer stakeholders and influencers on security products and services that will enable business and address customer risk concerns and objectives. The individual will perform strategic consulting, workshop delivery, project roadmap delivery and strategize in the design of solutions mapped to the customer's business objectives. Working closely with the sales teams and cyber practice the goal is to continuously identify technical opportunities and shape into deliverable solutions.

Strive to understand our customer’s security program needs and discover opportunities to develop and deliver solutions in the form of service and technology solutions.
Demonstrate an understanding of the competitive landscapes around core and emergingsecurity technologies and their applicability to Global customer segments.
Strategize with extended teams in the design of modern enterprise security solutions mapped to the customer’s business objectives
Ensure we are delivering customized, relevant and audience appropriate messaging tostakeholders from C-Level Executives to Engineering
Evaluate and create multi-OEM reference architecture designs following appropriate design procedures and polices working with engineering and Field CISO teams.
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to architect, design and maximize the valuederived from SHI and partner security offerings.
Support Sales and Solutions teams on engagement tactics and strategies to close opportunities.
Participate in discovery calls and the development of strategies for expanding anopportunity across and into adjacent solution areas.
Deliver workshops to customers around core and emerging technologies, IT operational efficiencies and the modernization of IT toolsets.
Develop roadmaps that create manageable paths to operational efficiencies and theadoption of new and emerging technologies
Lead proposal creation and presentation process in conjunction with Sales, Solutions andOEM Partner teams.
Provide thought leadership by staying current on innovative technologies and embracing theadoption of new partners or solution components.
Represent SHI at relevant industry events
Travel as needed for the business.
Creating designs to help organizations get the most out of their enterprise infrastructure, while maintaining appropriate design procedures and practices
Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years working in customer facing and / or customer support roles.15+ years of industry experience.
Strong understanding of data security program principals such as but not limited to:
HSM; PKI; CA; DLP; NG-DLP; Classification; DSPM; Encryption Methods and approaches.
Cloud native controls supporting above (AWS, AZURE, Google), Data Governance tooling.
Data Base (data security and audit), Microsoft family of data controls and management
Strong fundamental understanding of technical security solutions and how they address customer risk exposure within the following core pillars:
Identity Management; Data Security; Application Security; Data Center/Cloud; Threat and Vulnerability/SecOps, and Security Program Governance
Strong fundamental understanding of security services engagements with the ability to determine opportunity and craft statements of work.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
At least 7 years of client-facing experience working on complex security infrastructure and risk and compliance needs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Exposure and experience working with:
Firewall, Email and Web security, EDR and EPP solutions, NAC, MDM
IAM, MFA, SSO, CASB, PAM, Visibility and Analytics, SIEM, Zero Trust
Security orchestration and automation (SOAR), Container and Cloud Security
IOT / ICS / OT Security solutions, DevSecOps, XDR
Experience working with security services engagements and how they address customer risk exposure and use cases. Some examples include, but are not limited to:
Maturity assessments, 3rd party risk assessments,
IOT/ICS/OT security assessments, PIC/HIPAA assessments
Red/Blue/Purple team assessments, security policy development
Security tools rationalization assessment, Solution implementation services
Penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, Incident response services
