Overview
Responsible for supporting the operationalization of service excellence, through direct support of the child life, pediatric social work, advisory councils and boards, and family resource centers across Dartmouth Health Children’s
Responsibilities
Support the programmatic needs for the child life, pediatric social work, advisory boards and councils, and family resource centers teams to ensure access to supplies, knowledge of resources, alignment of interview and onboarding processes, as well as connection to local leadership to ensure optimization of service excellence.
Serves as a patient experience resource across Dartmouth Health Children’s; able to direct person’s and inquiries, provide connections, recognize, assess, and act upon developing situations of significance including but not limited to quarterly site visits.
Organize comprehensive yearlong bereavement follow up programming to ensure proper access to supports, resources, and clinical guidance. This will include managing supplies, maintaining the bereavement calendar and preparing all mailings.
In collaboration with Dartmouth Health Children’s Development and Event leaders participate in donor stewardship, onsite event management, and overall facilitation of needs to support strategic planning and alignment of goals and experiences across Dartmouth Health Children’s.
Provide exceptional customer service, creative resolutions and conflict management.
Stewardship of relationships with local leaders at system member locations to ensure access to supplies and connection to psychosocial resources. Active participant in sustainability planning.
Supply chain management to include anticipation of need, creation of annual par levels, acquisition and distribution of supplies. This will be highlighted by right sizing storge spaces and distribution methods.
Oversees volunteer selection, scheduling, correspondence, newsletter, annual appreciation and related needs for CHaD.
Optimization of toy storage and distribution in playrooms and clinical spaces, as well as oversight of compliance the toy cleaning policy.
Responsible for oversight of family resource center staff scheduling, e-time, and LEAN practices.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in customer or human service.
Computer skills required.
Ability to work independently including project management, prioritization and relationship stewardship.
Exceptional critical thinking skills to anticipate need.
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills required
