What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will work hand and hand with Account Executives to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and agencies. Ideal candidate must have experience in digital advertising and working with programmatic teams, and be able to translate client goals and objectives into effective online advertising experiences.

You are entrusted to do what is best for Tastemade and for our community.What you'll be doing:Partner with Sales and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans and RFP responses that meet advertiser KPIs including pricing, targeting, and inventory needsClient point of contact for post-sale campaign management including, but not limited to, client handling, asset, and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, setting KPI benchmarks, recommending optimizations, monitoring performance, billing and delivery questions, and overall responsibility for timely delivery of all client deliverablesPartner with internal Sales and Programmatic teams to support the setup and stewarding of programmatic direct campaigns - including setup, campaign reporting, and optimization.Develop a significant understanding of the internal sales process, as well as competitors and marketplace conditionsEstablish relationships with agencies and advertiser clienteleDevelop thorough expertise of Tastemade's ad product offerings and apply this understanding to plan building and executionAssist Sales team with research discovery and data pulls, used to strengthen campaign recommendationsCreate and deliver the final campaign wrap report to frame the campaign narrative and highlight insights derived from the data.What you'll bring:2-3 years of social, digital, or streaming experience, either on the sales or agency side.While, this is not solely a programmatic role, a general understanding of the landscape is preferred as you will support all direct sales efforts including PMPs and Programmatic Guarantees.Possess a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for online advertisingDetail-oriented, proactive, and has strong organizational skills - able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while handling multiple projects simultaneouslyPossesses both analytical and creative thinking skills, key to developing successful media plans for clientsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, clients and third-party vendorsIndependent worker and collaborative problem solver across departmentsProficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Keynote, and Microsoft Office SuiteA positive, upbeat attitude!What Makes Us a Great Opportunity?

How we'll take care of you:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The pay range for this role in the US is between $70,000 and $75,000. The range listed is just one component of Tastemade's total compensation package for employees. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: candidate qualifications, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or commission, equity, benefits, and/or other incentives.
