The Role:

The Role: Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns, especially within the content subscription space. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and execute strategic customer engagement programs that drive business results, particularly for clients with subscription-based content services.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead client engagements, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to drive best-in-class work across creative, media, and technology disciplines. You will also play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, particularly around content subscription models, and ensuring all deliverables align with their strategic objectives.Campaign Execution & Subscription Models:Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on content subscription services. Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery of subscription-based initiatives.Content Subscription Expertise:Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for clients within the content subscription space. Work with clients to optimize customer lifecycle marketing, ensuring personalized and relevant experiences across the subscriber journey.Strategic Collaboration:Work alongside senior leadership to contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies, identify growth opportunities within the content subscription sector, and help shape the strategic direction for your accounts.Team Management:Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality work is delivered, and foster collaboration across departments including creative, media, and data teams.Creative & Media Alignment:Work closely with creative and media teams to ensure the development of innovative ideas and the successful execution of campaigns, particularly in driving subscription growth and engagement.Budget Oversight:Monitor account finances, track budgets, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and campaign profitability, particularly for ongoing subscription-based services.Data & Technology:Collaborate with teams to incorporate data-driven insights and technologies like CRM platforms, ensuring subscription campaigns are highly targeted and personalized.Problem-Solving & Agility:Proactively manage potential risks and issues within subscription campaigns, and provide solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Skills & Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in account management within a creative or media agencyProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, particularly for content subscription servicesStrong understanding of customer engagement and CRM strategies, with a focus on subscription-based modelsExperience working with marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) and email marketing toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholdersStrong project management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and multiple prioritiesA team player with strong leadership and collaboration skills, able to manage and develop junior staffDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects

The pay range for this role is $95,000-$110,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
