As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from conceptualization to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk assessment.Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and methodologies, enabling you to provide valuable insights and make informed decisions.Team Leadership:

Assemble and manage high-performing project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring effective collaboration.Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, effectively communicating project progress and addressing concerns.Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined standards and deliver optimal outcomes.Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project ManagerProven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional technical projectsExperience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or WaterfallExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead and motivate project teamsEffective time management and organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained status.

The salary range for this position is:98,800.00 - 164,600.00 USD Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
