We are on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Field Marketing Officer with a passion for driving results and a solid background in event marketing. Join our expanding team to spearhead our event marketing initiatives across North America, playing a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and boosting sales through memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy and Planning:Craft and implement targeted event marketing strategies in line with our goals for the North American market.Oversee the planning and management of B2B events, including workshops, conferences, meet-ups, and webinars.Collaboration:Align event initiatives with sales goals in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Partner with various departments to ensure cohesive event outcomes and engage with industry influencers to strengthen our network.Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies within event marketing.Budget Management:Manage budgets meticulously to maximize event impact while maintaining cost-efficiency.Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to gauge ROI and identify areas for enhancement.Brand Advocacy:Guarantee our brand message is consistently communicated across all event activities.Represent our company with enthusiasm and professionalism, introducing our products and solutions to a broad audience.Logistics and Execution:Handle all logistical aspects of events, from booth setup to materials coordination and on-site management.Supervise event personnel to ensure seamless event delivery.Qualifications
Experience:
At least 4 years in B2B field marketing or event management, with a proven ability to manage successful events.Familiarity with event marketing principles and a knack for project management.Experience in API Management, Integration, or IAM software (e.g., MuleSoft, Okta, Tibco, AWS, Azure) is a plus.Skills:
Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Apps and Salesforce CRM.A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team setting.Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.Benefits:
