Responsibilities Job Summary The Provider Network Development Specialist core responsibility is to assist in cultivating the Innovation Care Partners (ICP) provider network by creating growth within the provider membership. This role will also support the ACO program through ongoing interaction with potential and participating physicians and ICP leadership. Additionally, the Specialist will work alongside ICP's leadership to execute strategic plans to identify and recruit provider membership across the community, elevate ICP's footprint and brand, and tighten existing relationships to increase alignment. Serve as the primary source of ICPs recruitment and development of the provider network. Identify, research, and conduct preliminary contact with potential new providers, and develop and maintain positive, mutually successful relationships with these network providers and their key administrators and their offices. Innovative in working collaboratively to identify opportunities for improvement in the lives of the members, support activities to address adequacy needs in the ICP participating provider network by maintaining targeted recruitment list and pipeline, and securing meetings with targeted physicians/provider groups to gain their participation in the network. Physical onsite visits may be required Responsible for creating new leads in the CRM, reporting feedback and progress reports for ICP leadership and maintaining the CRM record until transferred to the assigned Practice Performance Representative Cultivate a deep understanding of market conditions to determine if practices belong to larger systems that contract as single entities and maintain current knowledge of geographic market differences which may influence how the provider is contracted Manage the contract implementation process; ensuring that all required information, supporting documentation and signed agreements are on file: identify opportunities for process improvement; address and facilitate problem resolution Qualifications Education Associate's Degree Required Experience 2 years Healthcare network development or physician recruiting/sales Required
