Litigation Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected business law firm based in Birmingham, MI. The Paralegal will support the firm's litigators with a number of business and corporate litigation matters. The working hours for the position are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Duties include:Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions;E-filing in various jurisdictions in state and federal court;Assisting with trial preparation including preparing exhibits, expert witness documents, and trial binders;Managing electronic discovery including maintaining documents in a database;Conducting legal research;Communicating with clients;And more!Qualifications:4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;Experience with trial preparation;Excellent organizational skills!Our client offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, fantastic bonus structure, and a truly unique collegial atmosphere!
