Bo-Mac was founded in 1966 and has nearly 60 years of experience serving petrochemical, grain and port facilities from Alabama to Texas, partnering with our clients to provide value to projects of varying scope and complexity.The Project Administrator will perform a variety of document control, administrative and/or clerical functions for the Civil Group. May provide guidance or direction to administrative field support/ clerical personnel. The ideal candidate will contribute and adhere to Company and Group policies and objectives. Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Primary Responsibilities:Processing Civil Group project time/timesheets and equipment logs for payroll and internal cost tracking.Coordinate with the payroll department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.Process one of more major document types through a defined work process in accordance with Company/ Group procedures and guidelines.Login all bid packages and create estimate files.Ensure timelines of document processing, transmittal and filing.Assist team members with day-to-day coordination of project activities.Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update project documentation as needed.Organize and maintain project files, both physical and digital.Provide daily support to project personnel as requested including interacting with job site personnel and their inquiries.Prepare routine documents using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software as needed to support work activities.Keeps abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services thatare available.Orders project or department supplies and maintain supply cabinet.Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the project.

Experience:Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role is highly advantageous, but not required.Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping processes, especially in a construction environment, is highly desired.

Skills:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with payroll software or construction management software is an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility and ability to accept and quickly change directions in work focus.
