The

Senior

Recruiting Manager

will drive the strategy and execution of recruiting initiatives to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. This role will be responsible for developing innovative recruiting strategies, enhancing the employer brand, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This role will report to the

Director, Global People Experience.

This is a hybrid role and will require 1-3 days per week in our NYC office.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.Analyze workforce trends and market conditions to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting plans.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high level of candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Promote the company's culture and values in all recruiting communications and activities.Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and retain high-quality candidates.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and report on key performance indicators.Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the recruiting process and candidate experience.Build fundamental recruitment practices and facilitate training programs for the organization.Partner with external recruiting agencies, as needed, as the point of contact.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global capacity.Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and recruiting software.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Experience in a start up / rapid growth environment preferred.Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP a plus.

Salary Range

$115,000-$125,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
