Finance Transformation ManagerIndianapolis, INAs the Finance Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key strategic change projects within Defence US. As part of the wider Team, you will also play an important role in influencing and supporting the delivery of the RR Group Transformation Program.Dream Big and Make an Impact

You can learn more here.Key Accountabilities:Supporting the development and delivery of key finance improvement initiatives and special projects within Defence US.Collaborating with the SAP Super User & IT specialists to oversee the development and implementation of automated reporting capabilities.Acting as a champion for Defence by helping to inform the design and delivery of Group Transformation initiatives.Providing relevant and timely information to the Leadership Team on the progress of active projects, key decision points and any emerging risks.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree Finance with 5+ years of experience in Finance, ORMaster's degree in Finance with 3+ years in Finance, ORCPA, OR PhD/JDMust have 5+ years of experience within a Finance Management/Leadership roleIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentPreferred Requirements:Professional financial and/or audit qualification preferably qualified accountant (CPA, MBA)The role requires a seasoned and experienced Finance Manager, with a proven track record of delivering Finance Improvement Programs and strong SAP experiencePioneer
