Sr. Business Analyst (Sales & Commission Platforms)

A top Manufacturing Firm in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Sales & Commission platforms and Incentive Compensation Management tools (ICM).The Business Analyst will work with business users and internal stakeholders to document requirements and functionality of Permormio Sales Commission Management software and will map functionality/capabilities between various systems.The Senior Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:Eliciting, documenting, and mapping Performio data to 3rd party and custom systems (e.g, SAP, Workday, Datalake, Territory Management)Collaborating with the project stakeholders to analyze the: needs, processes, and data mapping requirements to be developed by the technical teamFacilitate User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specificationsResponsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projectsStrong Relationship Management skills - ability to interact well with all levels of management, quickly and effectively build credibility and relationshipsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESExperience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologyModeling experience (e.g., process/data flows, analysis diagrams)Experience in Performio (preferred) or similar platformExperience in Data Modeling and MappingUnderstanding of Compensation Management Systems (Commission-based system)Understanding of Sales Management Systems (e.g., multi-tier/sales channel typestructure)Experience in SAP S4 Hana or SAP ECC Sales and Billing is a plusExperience in Sales Compensation related topics are a plus.Experience in Jira is a plusExperience in Data Lake knowledge (GCP or BigQuery is a plus)Experience in Azure is a plusExperience in Peoplesoft is a plusExperience in Manufacturing is a plusEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.10+ years of IT experience; preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.10+ years' experience in systems/data analysis with a proven record of successful large scale project implementationsCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.Desired Skills and Experience Performio, Sales and Commission, ICM, Incentive Compensation Management, Commission Plans, Business Analysis, Data Mapping
