How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will supervise cylinder fill plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production of gaseous products.Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branchesTrain and develop assigned personnel. Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel with Plant/Operations Manager. Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.Delegate or directly direct and coordinate plant activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize production.Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.Maintain all required computer and hand generated paperworkAre you a MATCH?
Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of five years' industry related experience and/or training. At least two years' supervisory experience.Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipmentMust be able to obtain a forklift operator certificationValid Driver's License
