Responsibilities
The Director, Talent Acquisition Operations will be instrumental in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters focused on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent. This seasoned and proactive leader will play a crucial role in enhancing our expanding team. Responsibilities include overseeing and executing our recruitment and operational strategies, developing strategic, data-driven, and high-caliber recruitment methodologies. The Director will support the team in achieving recruitment goals, optimizing current processes, and introducing innovative practices to boost efficiency, thereby positioning talent acquisition as a strategic partner to our business leaders.
Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
Functional Category: Conducting Needs Analysis & Develop Recruitment Strategies
Estimated Percent of time Spent - 15%Analyze effectiveness of current methodologies, processes and tools to optimize talent acquisition that make up the employment life-cycle with a focus on enabling the business.Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR team on the processes aligned to HR systems, procedures, and reporting regarding talent acquisition.Identify processes within HR that require change to continuously ensure appropriate governance, compliance, improvement of business applications, and processes.Plan for human resources operational initiatives and establish roles and activities that support the change processPartner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities within the talent acquisition spaceCoordinate with HR partners, end-users, and HRIS experts to ensure optimal product configuration and implementation of HRIS and ATS, ensuring efficient business processes and a seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that HR effectiveness and initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, medical schools, and residency programs.Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the organization and attract candidates.Functional Category: Manage Recruitment Process and Steward Team Success

Lead, Coach, Monitor, and develop the recruitment team in an effective and professional manner to successfully execute against defined business objectives and service stands and achieve performance metricsPerform recruitment responsibilities to include sourcing, interviewing and selection of senior level positions within assigned verticals and business units.Provide oversight in developing the framework, templates, and tools aimed at creating efficiencies and simplify the talent acquisition process with consistent execution.Identify training and development needs within the team and provide relevant coaching and training programs to enhance recruiters' skills and knowledge.Analyzes Team Member trends and metrics to proactively identify and lead initiatives to meet organizational objectives.Oversee the entire recruitment process from open requisition, job posting, and to onboarding handoffScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.Conduct regular performance feedback to team members and monitor key metrics to ensure success.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Functional Category: Development Program Enhancements, Measuring Effectiveness & Relationship Building

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent work experience OR equivalent healthcare HR experienceWork Experience and Qualifications
10+ years of total related experience.7+ years of experience with full life cycle corporate recruiting or workforce planning to include networking, sourcing, recruiting, negotiating offers and hiring. Experience includes recruiting for multi-state company.3-5+ years and demonstrated success and experience leading and managing recruiters or human resources professionals.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation, including strong understanding of healthcare industry and recruitment best practices.Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with leaders at all levelsExcellent interviewing and negotiation skills.Experience tracking, reporting and managing recruiting compliance requirements.Experience leveraging creative sourcing strategies and demonstrated return on investment.Knowledge of talent/recruitment trends.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, social media and other recruitment technologiesComputer Skills
Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications related to the businessMathematical/Financial Skills
