A recognized sports company in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team remotely as their new Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for:Embrace the agile mindset, advocate and champion Agile Ways of Working across the program teams instituting agile and lean principles through doing, coaching, teaching, and mentoring.Facilitate meetings such as planning, standups, backlog refinement, and reviews/demos helping the team learn the skills and the value to be had by having these sessions.Set up work management tools and processes to be used by the team and train on tooling as needed.Establish metrics to measure team progress, productivity, and effectiveness in delivery against goals, identifying anti-patterns or other behavior patterns that emerge.Track and report on how the team is trending against the overall roadmap, goals, and objectives.Track and escalate risks and issues to management/leadership as needed for assistance.Coach the team in the best ways to break down the work into manageable chunks that can be delivered iteratively.Help the team to learn how to manage capacity and work estimates properly.In partnership with the tech lead, manage risks and issues and resolve them within the team if possible, encouraging the team to resolve the impediments they can themselves and take responsibility for removing impediments if the team is unable to do so.Summarize and translate team meetings and discussions into actionable to-do tasks for team members (Technical background is a plus).Work in tandem with senior technical lead on requirements gathering and note-taking in technical and architectural conversations.Foster a cohesive relationship across the team, helping to keep everyone aligned and working collaboratively.Develop agile training materials and provide training and coaching to teams on applying agile principles and practices, roles and responsibilities, and frameworks.Develop dashboards for tracking, measuring and reporting metrics such as team value delivery, customer satisfaction, team happiness, effectiveness of agile adoption, and team agile maturity.Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience as agile project manager/scrum master/agile coach.Certified Scrum Master preferred.Experience with scrum, kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks understanding what's fit for purpose.Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExperience developing training materials for training and other focused workshops.Desired Skills:

Jira administration and knowledge of JQL
