As a founding designer, you will have a unique opportunity to drive the design vision/culture from the ground up, working closely with our early engineering team to build a beautiful, sleek, and impactful product. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited by the prospect of creating intuitive and visually stunning charts and interfaces, we want to hear from you.What You Will Do:Lead the design of Tako's products, from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric visual languageCollaborate closely with engineers to create seamless and efficient user experiences that delight our customersDesign intuitive and visually compelling charts and data visualizations that simplify complex informationDevelop and iterate on design systems that will scale with Tako as we growEngage with customers to gather feedback and refine design solutions to meet their needsAdvocate for best practices in design and usability, ensuring Tako's products are both functional and beautifulWhat You Will Bring to the Team:
