HRIS Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of HR data analytics and systems strategies to support the organization's human resources objectives and initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant data sets.
Identify key trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Design and produce regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and workforce demographics.
Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance, data quality, and data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Directly manage HRIS Consultants and Contractors.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization.
Completes other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR data analytics, HRIS management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
Previous manager experience helpful, but not required.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Certification in PowerBI is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data findings and insights to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and experience working with large-scale HR data sets is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
