Job Summary:Job Responsibilities*Delivers high-quality on-time RFP responses and packages for sales teams to sell the best solution to meet client needs and increase share of advertising revenue.*Tracks, monitors, and follows up on RFPs and proposals; coordinates and ensures fulfillment and delivery in a timely manner.*Assures all proposal data is accurately entered into proposal generating applications and accessible to the internal production team.*Understands client needs by partnering and collaborating with sales teams to surmise the best strategic approach for proposals and determine the appropriate value proposition.*Applies rules and regulations pertaining to inventory selection and campaign timing, such as geographic distribution, revenue and inventory management guidelines, as well as inventory specific attributes.*Formulates inventory selection strategy, using inputs such as quality of inventory, appropriate pricing, past client history, and demographic and behavioral targets.*Provides guidance on delivering audiences and effectively using Clear Channel Outdoor's market assets to help sales teams 'sell and win the market'.*Investigates alternative options for client proposal to upsell market.*Consults internal resources for data intelligence and responds to sales teams within prescribed timeframes, adhering to assigned deadlines.*Shares best practices proactively across the Campaign Strategy team.*Provides quality competitive data, market trends, and knowledge of Clear Channel Outdoor's positioning vs. other media and advertising companies.*Performs all other job duties as assigned.
