Marketing Coordinator - FootwearTread Labs designs, manufactures and sells the most supportive footwear on the planet. Built for people on the move, we sell direct to consumers on our website, through Amazon and through a fast-growing network of footwear and outdoor retailers. We are obsessed with quality and service and believe that with the right support, anything is possible. We are located just north of Boston in Woburn, MA.
We are seeking a smart, energetic, entry level Marketing Coordinator to help us manage our rapidly growing business. This role is critical to our growth and has strong potential for upward mobility. We're a small team with big ambitions. It will be an exciting ride.

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDirect-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing
Ad Campaigns - Help manage campaigns on Google and Amazon. Learn how to optimize messaging for optimum conversion.
Social Media - Create social media posts to ignite interest about the Tread Labs brand. Create a social media calendar to keep us relevant to our followers.
PR – Write and distribute monthly press releases to keep Tread Labs front and center in the press.
Digital Assets – Facilitate photo shoots and keep all digital marketing assets organized and accessible. Promote user generated content (UGC) and employ it in social media and other marketing channels.
Wholesale (B2B) Marketing
B2B Email – Help create the content calendar for B2B communications. Use templates to create impactful emails that engage retail staff.
Trade Show Co-ordination – Manage the logistics of our trade show activities. Book travel and booth transportation. Coordinate complex show schedules and plans. Learn to measure the ROI of trade shows.
Point-of-Purchase programs – Get retailer input, help manage design, development and distribution to help retailers tell the Tread Labs story effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors (or more) in marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
Proven success with a diverse array of software. Must include Microsoft Office Suite.
1-3 years' experience working with customers and products, either from a store or brand perspective. Especially relevant is experience with footwear, outdoor, athletic or health related products.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills – the ability to educate people in an entertaining way.
A keen eye for design and a creative streak – for marketing materials (and product?).

We are a highly functioning team and believe that working together in the office is best for collaboration and creativity. Our office environment is comfortable, and we enjoy each other's company. We are a small team that works closely towards common goals. Rigid silos are not how we organize ourselves. Everyone must be ready and willing to pitch in when needed.
