Responsibilities
System Implementation and Operation (50%):• Operational Expertise: Assist in implementing, configuring, and running the Bluewhite systems at client sites, ensuring operation meets our high standards.• Operational Support: Help maintain and troubleshoot our systems, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction.• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement or customization to meet client needs.
Customer Engagement and Training (30%):• Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their operational queries and ensuring they feel supported.• Educational Support: Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for clients, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with our technology.
Data Collection and Analysis (10%):• Data Insights: Collect and analyze operational data from the field, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems.• Feedback Implementation: Work closely with the CS and technical team to relay client feedback and insights, aiding in system and work-plan refinement.
Internal Collaboration (10%):• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including technical support and development, to enhance system capabilities and address client needs.• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance and client interactions, ensuring clear communication across the company.
Daily and Weekly Activities:• System Reporting: Generate reports on system use, troubleshooting efforts, and client interactions.• Feedback Sessions: Participate in regular meetings with the team to discuss client feedback and strategize on improving service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the USMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have reliable transportationMust be flexible with schedule- able to work weekends and night shiftsFamiliar with agricultural practices, crop types, and agricultural operations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Autonomous technology experience

Pay range for this position is $27 - $32 per hour, DOE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
