is all about.Position SummaryAnalyzes business requirements, processes, and data to improve business systems and operations. Support the data analysis and reporting needs across multiple business areas.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDrives the analysis and transformation of business requirements for reporting and analytics projects into specifications or working prototypes, supporting cross-functional business teamsPartners with the IT team to develop new relational data objects and reporting capabilities, supporting the analytics needs of cross-functional business teams.Uses reporting technology to query data sources to provide analysis and data extracts requested by business partners.Derives and recommends data-driven insights and partners with business leaders to drive actionCreates and maintains reporting solutions, providing status updates, system performance, and efficiency.Reviews and improve current business processes, recommending system enhancements or new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or a related field.2+ years of business analysis experience.2+ years of experience working with Relational DB platforms (MSSQL is preferred) using SQL.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, analytical tools, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.BenefitsAt Saia, your success is our success!
