Responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estate planning and trust administrationDocument preparation and reviewLegal researchCommunication with clientsPreparation of accountings for both estates and trustsDrafting of estate planning documents, including wills, living trusts, irrevocable trusts, and asset transfersAssistance with probate administration including probate petitions, assessor forms, statutory notices, creation of sub-trusts, family settlement agreements, Rule 5.6 notices, and allocation of assetsPreparation of federal and state individual and fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns, and estate tax returnsServes as liaison between firm, clients, advisors, and beneficiariesBenefits:
