Are you passionate about driving change and continuous improvement? Quartz is seeking a dynamic Lean Agile Specialist to champion our transformation journey! This role will provide promote the adoption of continuous improvement practices and methodologies throughout Quartz. This role will also coach teams on and facilitate identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions to improve the flow of value, and fostering a culture of continuous and iterative improvement and learning. Starting salary range, based on skills and experience: \$77,200 - \$96,500 plus robust total rewards package Responsibilities Evaluate current state processes and workflows using data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to meet goals and enhance the flow of value Create a compelling vision and story for opportunities, gaining buy-in through effective communication techniques, awareness and understanding of the audience, and value delivery/continuous improvement expertise. Manage and lead meetings, summarize decisions and next steps, assist in communications, and enable the development of improvement implementation plans. Participate in the identification, collection, and reporting of metrics to track progress towards building a culture of continuous improvement. Coach and facilitate teams to conduct ongoing identification, prioritization, preparation, execution, and follow up on continuous improvement efforts. Serve as a liaison, teacher, and facilitator for continuous improvement training and subject matter material (this role will have a focus on Kanban). Teach individuals and teams on aspects of Continuous Improvement and work with teams to mature their continuous improvement mindset and practices through coaching and organizational trainings. Qualifications 3+ years of experience completing continuous improvement projects and workshops and demonstrating reduction in cycle/lead time, improvement in value flow, and improved quality results.
