Basic Function
To oversee all aspects of quality assurance/control, customer, and team member relations as it relates to quality and to coach Team Members to understand and effectively follow all Merry Maids cleaning techniques and procedures using Merry Maids products and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities
Arrive at work on time.Check 4-6 houses each day.Make certain all cleaning products and equipment are used properly.Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques to team members out in the field.Call Customers for proactive quality checks to make sure team members are following procedures in the homes.Perform ride-alongs or inspections as assigned by the Franchise owner or Office Manager.Follow up on customer concerns.Coach team members about any concerns from the customers.Answer in-bound phone calls.Secondary Responsibilities
If necessary, fill in during Teammate/Captain absences.Help maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the office.At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.Shall perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.Supervision Responsibility

Essential Qualifications
Speaking and hearing English.Reading English on an average adult level.Writing English clearly.Special Requirements
Ability to drive personal car to several work site locations throughout the workday.Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.Ability to lift 20 pounds bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.
