Job Description

This position is responsible for business analysis/functional requirements definition, solution design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle Process Manufacturing (EBS) module applications. The Senior Applications Analyst (EBS) will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements and projects. Additionally the position will play the critical role of ensuring that Developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements and specifications related to applications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema

• Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical business user constituencies

• The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation

• Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions

• Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution

• Manage components of a project plan or entire projects

• Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations

• Verification of feasibility of Business User’s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures

Key Experience:

Expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Process Manufacturing modules & functionality (Product Development, Process Manufacturing and Execution, Quality) with 7+ years of experience in

R12 Supply Chain Management modules (INV, OPM, Costing, OM, Shipping), workflow application configurations and processes.

Proficiency with SQL based queries

Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives

Position will require up to 25% travel.

US: Hiring Range: from $37.98 to $76.06 per hour; from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
