: As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of their sales efforts, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive B2B enterprise sales. Your mission will be to generate qualified leads, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and provide exceptional customer experiences that set us apart in the market.Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand their client baseGenerate qualified leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social mediaProspect and cold call into a large list of accounts, focusing on C-level decision-makersCultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycleAchieve and exceed annual quota targets for new revenue generationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfactionWhat They're Looking For :Minimum 2 years of professional inside sales experience in B2B technology sales or business developmentProven track record of consistently achieving year-over-year quota attainment in new revenueProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to conquer new marketsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWhat We Offer :Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structureAttractive 70/30 compensation structure, rewarding your successOpportunity to work with cutting-edge UEM technology and high-profile clientsProfessional growth and leadership development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentLocation and Travel
