What you'll be doing…In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with partners from IT, HRIS, and the Functional teams. You will be assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of our ticketing system, change management activities, sprint planning, and audit/compliance requests.

Conducting daily audits of Workday system changes against approved Jira tickets.

Providing support with audit requests from Internal Risk as they arise.

Managing the data integrity in the Jira ticketing system, as well as responding to and resolving IT, HRIS, and functional user questions.

Reviewing documentation in Jira tickets for approval to migrate to production.

Providing support in hosting weekly sprint planning and migration calls.

Providing support in maintaining Workday tenant refresh requests and communications.

Assisting with bi-annual Workday release planning.

Partnering proactively with IT, HRIS, and functional teams resulting in awareness of their plans, priorities, and progress.

Supporting other projects as assigned.

This role may on occasion include some night and weekend shifts.

What we're looking for…You'll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Two or more years of Workday experience.

Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.

Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A degree.

Audit and SOX compliance experience.

The ability to handle multiple high-priority requests/tasks.

The ability to think critically and make knowledgeable decisions.

Project management experience.

The ability to work independently with limited direction.

The ability to communicate with people of all professional levels.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $67,000.00 and $135,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
