Junior Systems Administrator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Junior Systems Administrator with a leading client. This is a direct hire, W2 position. Most of the work can be remote but there will be visits to clients around Northeast Ohio. Local candidates required. Please be aware to qualify for this role candidates must work W2 and be Greencard Holders or US Citizens. Job Duties: Develop and learn new skills Demonstrate the ability to research solutions to issues you encounter on the helpdesk. Effectively evaluate client issues and understand when escalation is appropriate. Establish and maintain client documentation to internal standards. Maintain an updated Outlook calendar and schedule appropriately to achieve team and ticket goals. Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks within projects and achieve goals with guidance. Demonstrated ability to research solutions, present well-rounded options to management, and provide informed recommendations to support business case decisions.
