Expected Duration: Contract of 03 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $33 - $35/hr. on w2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 2-4 years overall * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or MCSE preferred. * Mandatory to have past experience working for client Product Supports Ex - Azure or Security products Customer Support * Minimum 2 years' experience with working in a ticket-based system. * Minimum 2 years' experience with Basic PowerBI, SQL to build or manage data reporting for support tickets KPI's. * Minimum 2 years' experience with Hands-on experience in resolving security product related issues for customers. Job Description: Summary: The main function of a Support Analyst is to perform a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment, providing investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: * Complete configuration, installation, and support of equipment to the specifications of the business. * Maintain software applications and operating systems through regular maintenance. * Maintain configuration and support documentation. * Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. * Supervise the administration of systems and servers to ensure availability of services to authorized users. * Maintain multi-site network operations, software applications, operating systems through regular maintenance. * Troubleshoot malfunctions of hardware, software applications and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
