We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Promotions team at Amazon Music team and help drive WW customer acquisition. You will define, execute, and measure Promotional marketing campaigns from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate product marketer with a track record of conceptualizing marketing campaigns, measuring ROI and thinking big to work with product to develop and optimize promotional launch capabilities. You are highly analytical, and adept at synthesizing quantitative and qualitative customer learnings into a tight, clear marketing plan. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and are comfortable with executing experiments and possessing the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders. You will need to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Key job responsibilities
o Spearhead go-to-market initiatives for global Music promotions during key event periods.
o Own and manage relationships with key partners in the Amazon Music and Retail ecosystem.
o Conceptualize and launch key promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Gather key learnings from performance and optimize future iterations of campaign.
o Data reporting collection for dissemination across the larger team that outlines global performance of ongoing promotions.
o Work cross functionally with partners across Creative, Legal, Finance, Product on ongoing projects and go-to-market initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
