Service Credit Union is seeking a

Sr. Core Banking Systems Administrator, with

Fiserv

DNA and Automic, OPCON, AppWorx experience/knowledge required , whose primary responsibility is the administration, optimization, maintenance, and monitoring of the Core Banking data processing components to achieve high reliability, performance and smooth ongoing management of daily operations. Providing the credit union staff with the technical expertise required relative to all data processing concepts and working closely with them to implement, test, and deploy new processes, applications, services, and interfaces with third party vendors. It also includes participating in disaster recovery exercises, maintaining application technical procedures, new core application features and functionality rollouts, and implementing new core system enhancements available with the new releases.

Starting at $93,912/yearly

Interface with Credit Union staff on day-to-day IT issues.Create/test/validate new processesAssist the AVP - IT Operations in the coordination and implementation of new products and services as they relate to the IT Department.Assist in coordinating enhancement requests and follow-up.Interface with 3rd party vendors.Install Spectrum upgrade releases (VUP).Maintain/coordinate Branch Suite enhancements.Ensure data backups, logs and proper recovery procedures are observed and maintained.Acquire and maintain knowledge of Service Credit Union's Host System and report to the AVP - IT Operations any concerns relating to IT.Assist in the development, maintenance, and testing of the IT Disaster Recovery Plan that will adequately support the Credit Union business contingency process.Perform other duties as assigned, when needed.Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or 3 - 5 year's equivalent practical experience is preferred.Knowledge of Spectrum system is essentialKnowledge of computer operations concepts, peripheral equipment and networking basics requiredFamiliarity with HP-UX operating system is desirableKnowledge of Spectrum running in a HP-UX environment is preferredMaintain a high skill level through continued education programsPrevious Spectrum related work experience is required
