Job DescriptionFull-service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to their Indianapolis office!
Responsibilities:
Lead development of compliant and high-quality client submittals in a fast-paced environmentCoordinate/execute all aspects of the proposal processLead kickoff meetingsResponsible for all proposal deliveries (compliance matrix development, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deadlines, proposal organization, layout, writing/editing content, and compliance)Support the development of technical narratives/illustrationsCollaborate with team membersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience developing client submittals (preferably in the A/E/C industries)Experience with Design-build and/or P3 client submittals preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)Experience with CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint and collaboration platforms) preferredExperience in Graphic design, technical illustration, and Adobe illustrator and Photoshop preferredStrong project management, analytical, and decision-making skillsAbility to handle multiple client submittals simultaneously under tight deadlines
Salary is commensurate with experience.
