Position Overview : The Personal Lines Account Manager's primary objective is to provide exceptional service, retain existing clients, and strategically grow the Agency's book of personal accounts. This position will build strong relationships with clients, assess their needs, and recommend suitable coverage options while ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing client loyalty. The Personal Lines Account Manager involves managing both new and renewal accounts, processing policies, and actively cross-selling additional policies to maximize revenue opportunities for the Agency.
Work Arrangement : This is a full-time, remote position. Must reside in Eastern or Central time zones.
Professional Responsibilities :Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients in the Personal Lines segment, including handling their inquiries, policy changes, and coverage requests. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information and records.Serve as a point of contact for employer and employee calls and emails. Address questions, resolve issues, and escalate matters as appropriate to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.Process and review policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, adhering to industry standards, underwriting, and regulatory guidelines.Provide timely responses and resolutions to client inquiries, claims, and concerns, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as a knowledgeable insurance advisor.Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in coverage to keep clients informed about potential opportunities or risks.Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling, account rounding, and upselling opportunities within the Personal Lines portfolio. Serve as a backup for new business sales when needed.Attend educational training courses or company-initiated webinars to further insurance knowledge.Qualifications and Requirements :
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or account management position.Active South Carolina Property & Casualty insurance licensePrior experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines, preferredAssociate's degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and productsA passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadershipAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clientsAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhy Patriot Growth Insurance Services?

Pay Range : $28.85 - $33.65 per hour depending on experience.

The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
