Description
Markon's partner company is looking for a Software Developer to support our Intelligence customer who specializes in design, development of automated testing.
Responsibilities
Develop automated tests in Python and Java.Develop automated test scripts (Selenium, Postman API, Katalon).Meet with stakeholders, analyze requirements, create user stories and related artifacts, and translate these into test plans and well-defined acceptance criteria.Participate in the team's Agile software development process and adhere to all reporting requirements.Develop repeatable test procedures, executing test scripts and documenting results.Develop and present technical documentation, test cases, test reports, test data sets and other briefing materials to support program status reviews, control gates, and other presentations as directed.Work with other enterprise service programs and other test teams to coordinate integration testing of their capabilities that will be consumed in the final system implementation.Work with other performance and security test teams as appropriate.Qualifications
Must be comfortable working with software developers to identify and resolve defects.Documented experience working with GitHub, JIRA and Confluence.Desired Skills:
Java development skills to integrate testing components.
Salary Range
USD $170,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
