The Role

The Director, Gyn-Onc consumer marketing, will design and execute the patient/nurse experience launch plan for brands in gynecologic cancers. This critical role will report directly to the Head, Gyn-Onc Marketing, and be expected to work closely with the HCP Professional Promotion Team and the Digital Marketing Team. They will own the patient experience strategy for Gynecologic Cancers and be an important contributor to the overall product marketing, extended launch teams, and annual brand planning process.

Success in this role will require a collaborative mindset, solid tumor (w/ recent launch) experience, and a proven track record operating in an emerging/developing organization. This will be a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Serve as the resident brand team expert on current and evolving platforms and opportunities related to DTP/DTC, nurse/caregiver, and patient advocacy in gynecologic oncology marketing.Establish and pull through the vision set by the brand and Genmab organizational leadershipSeamlessly integrate patient and nurse strategies into the overall product brand plan.Manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand goals.Collaborate to provide critical input into customer profiles, targeting, and segmentation.Partner with HCP Professional Promo and Digital Marketing to develop and implement cohesive brand campaigns, creative, messaging, etc.Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision-making and actionable strategies and tacticsTrack and provide weekly reports on key performance indicators to brand leadersRepresenting the brand during Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings to ensure launch readinessWork effectively with Genmab sales leadership (and field sales advisory boards), relevant Genmab functions,Work productively to lead through key internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups within GenmabDrive engagement and partnerships with relevant patient/caregiver advocacy groups; as well as nursing/mid-level HCP groups and professional societiesManage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to effective launch readinessRequirements

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities within oncology/hematology marketingAbility to travel domestically up to 25%Preferred

Deep understanding of DTP/DTC, caregiver, and extended HCP marketing concepts within pharma/biotechRecent (ADC, IO, targeted therapy, personalized medicine) solid tumor and/or gynecologic oncology launch experienceExperience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organizationAbility to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of resultsResourceful, decisive, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organizationStrong communication and presentation skillsStartup, emerging pharma, or new team experience desiredWhere you will work:

The role is hybrid - 3 days in our Princeton, NJ office.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$176,250.00---$293,750.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
