Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer components and software, and integrate automation processes.
• Administers the USAWC Microsoft 365 Tenant and Azure cloud environments.
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Administer server hardware, firmware, and software updates in accordance with security and compliance policies.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to ensure connectivity and security.
• Troubleshoot network issues, analyze network traffic, and implement network segmentation and access controls.
Requirements
• Monitor and maintain DNS, DHCP, and other network services to ensure availability and reliability.
• Manage storage systems and storage area networks (SANs), including data replication, backup, and recovery.
• Optimize storage resources, implement data deduplication and compression, and monitor storage performance and capacity.
• Administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, group policies, and domain controller configuration.
• Implement and maintain directory services for authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements related to user authentication and access management.
Preferred Qualifications :
Assoc or Tech degree preferred (not required)
