The Commercial Policy and Pricing Team are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Director in New York to support the development, implementation and governance of pricing models reflecting business and financial objectives, market value, product life cycle, and competitive landscape. The Pricing Director will be responsible for the execution of analysis in support of the creation, execution and measurement of pricing actions and strategies across the Fitch Solutions business.What We Offer:

We'll Count on You To:
Collaborate with business owners to establish pricing strategies to optimize revenues while promoting pricing consistency, integrity and sustainable growth.Perform analyses to drive business-level pricing strategy, channel-specific pricing practices and/or product-level price levels.Identify and quantify pricing-related performance improvement opportunities.Develop recommendations and action plans in support of the creation, execution and measurement of pricing actions.Cultivate a working relationship with the sales teams and leaders to gather feedback and provide guidance on commercial policy.Review, advise on and approve deal structures and price proposals.Stay abreast of industry trends, economic indicators, and technological advancements that may impact pricing strategies.Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of pricing initiatives and provide training on commercial framework updates, pricing processes and tools when necessary.Ad hoc pricing data pulls and analysis to address queries from stakeholders across the Fitch community.
What You Need to Have:
5 to 8 years of proven track record in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies and commercial frameworksAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sales teams, and senior managementHigh level of numerical and analytical skills, with an excellent attention to detail and focus on working smarterAdvanced Excel skills. Proficient with other Windows and related PC applications
Ability to aggregate and manipulate large amounts of data from varying sources and to present it in an accessible and consumable formatExperience with advanced formulas and pivot tablesWorking knowledge of VBA (can record and execute macros)
Experience with data analysis software (ie. Alteryx, Python) preferredDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with all levels
