We're looking for a Group Design Manager to lead our talented design team and bring AI-driven technology innovation to scale Intuit Expert Platform, benefiting the lives of consumers, small and mid-market businesses, and domain/product experts.

What you'll bring
10 years of experience in Design, plus 5 years leading and managing a 5-10 designer team, or groups of teams
Strong track record in people management, talent development, and attracting top talent to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Proven success leading end-to-end projects of significant scale and complexity, from concept to delivery, while effectively working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with enterprise design is a plus
Deep understanding of product design and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality design output through a team
Strong business acumen, data fluency, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction
Design, or related field and/or a portfolio demonstrating your strong craft, process, and rigor
How you will lead
Act as the design authority for the end-to-end expert experience and expert portal that powers all LIVE service offerings across Intuit
Foster outside-in, user-centric thinking throughout the entire product process, from vision to touchpoint curation, with a focus on achieving excellence
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to define business and product strategy, drive change across the organization, and ensure alignment
Develop deep understanding and balance of customer, business, and shareholder needs through cross-functional partnerships and collaboration.
Lead end-to-end initiatives with extensive scope and complexity, prioritizing innovation and a platform-centric approach
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to design team and cross-functional partners to achieve big swing impacts through experimentation
Operate with autonomy, providing strategic guidance to leadership while managing a direct team
Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear and compelling messages that evoke emotional responses, inspire and influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
