The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for Marketing, Branding, Product Management, Advertising, and Promotional activities for StimLabs. The Senior Director works with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing plans, including demand generation, portfolio management, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, communication, and creative plans. The Senior Director will also have involvement in upstream marketing activities such as VOC and collaboration with R&D on pipeline activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for downstream and upstream marketing activities and the development of team membersDevelop in-depth knowledge of StimLabs' markets and productsDevelop marketing plan and KPIs to drive and evaluate upstream and downstream marketing performance.Plan and implement cohesive marketing campaigns, in a timely manner, that drive demand and leads, support sales efforts and improve brand awareness and engagementBuild marketing campaigns across multiple sites of careDrive the development of a digital platform across multiple channelsEstablish processes and metrics to measure and report routinely on marketing initiativesResponsible for development of strong product and educational/clinical content and owning the messaging of value propositionSupport KOL development, increasing educational programs and contentManage team through market research including Key Opinion Leader, Voice of Customer, and competitive intelligence activitiesUse quantitative and qualitative insights to influence marketing strategy and develop executional tactics;Support pipeline development strategy and new product development stage gates in collaboration with R&DResponsible for a high level of collaboration with the Operations, and Sales teams, on sales enablement needs, data and training;Implement plans by working cross-functionally (Sales, Market Access, R&D, Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal), gaining their buy-in and supportSupport CRM implementation across the commercial teamSupport strategic marketing activities such as executive presentations, market assessments, and other analysisManage team through conference/trade show exhibits and corresponding tacticsManage a team that maintains corporate imaging and branding standards; ensure consistency of content, messaging and look-and-feel with company positioning and branding.Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgetsSkills
Creative thinker who possesses exceptional verbal, written and diplomacy skillsEffective organizational skills and ability to exceed tight deadlines in a dynamic environment of competing and changing prioritiesTeam player who can incorporate input from various functions and generate consensusFull product launch lifecycle experienceAt least 7 years managing marketing/product managersAt least 7 years of experience in medical device, with wound care experience preferredExperience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM toolsExcellent MS Office skillsExperience with project management / workflow tools such as Wrike preferredStrong quantitative and analytical skills preferredBachelors degree in Marketing or related field
