What's Under the Hood
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That's Nice, But What's the Job?
In short, as the Redemption Specialist, you will create solutions for our customers to reinstate their loan while providing excellent levels of customer service.
In long, you will:Provide excellent customer service to customers who need assistance in reinstating their vehicle and loanContact or attempt contact with customers with repossessed vehicles.Determines customer's ability and desire to reinstate their vehicleAdvises customer of any & all required stipulations, past due amounts inclusive of payments, late charges and all other related fees to complete the reinstatementMaintain positive working relationships and communication with the operations team during the reinstatement processPresents customer with solutions, options and programs to promote repeat businessPerforms other related duties as assigned

This team works out of our Operations Center in the DFW area near Trinity Blvd & Highway 365.
