Principal Product Manager , you will get the ability to define and drive product development for multiple high-growth, high-visibility products. Supported by a top-flight sales organization and high-powered engineering team. And massive potential for going both deep and wide into current and future verticals by leveraging our large and highly engaged audience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Work on a small but mighty team of product managers assigned to specific products.Own and execute high-impact product development roadmaps to scale growth developing the overall product strategy and roadmap.Adapt and modify product and business requirements based on quantitative and qualitative results supported by routine and regular statistical experimentation.Work closely with Vendavo's User Centered Design team to ensure that the product delivers a delightful user experience.Present our new products to field staff and prospects as each generation of our SaaS products are deployed.Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated cross-functional team of executive business sponsors and product, marketing, business operations, finance, CS, and trust partners to optimize user retention and revenue across consumer-facing products and touchpoints.Act as a champion for Vendavo's mission, vision, and values and partner across the company to drive a high-performance work environment.Other duties as assigned.THE SKILL SET
Experience
- Have 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management at a high-performance SaaS consumer technology company. B2B SaaS Experience (Preferred) - Experience in B2B SaaS, with CPQ, Rebates, or Pricing management as a nice-to-have but not mandatory requirement.Product Lifecycle Expertise
- Must have experience leading at least two full product lifecycles from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.Agile Product Development
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies with experience managing iterative, high-quality product releases.Customer-Centric Focus
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features and solutions.Data-Driven Decision Making
- Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features.Cross-Functional Leadership
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure product success.Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.Execution Excellence

The national minimum salary is $172,264 a year + bonus and benefits. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
