Responsibilities:Design and develop Anaplan applications including data models and dashboardsPerform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performanceProvide technicalapplication support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications working closely with endusers to address their needs and resolve any systemrelated problemsDocument technical specifications system configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentationCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutionsRequired:
Experience 7 to 9 YearsAt least 7 years of experience with Anaplan product minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue modelsExtensive experience in providing Anaplan model builder and solution architecture experienceStrong experience with core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes Incentive compensation management performance reportinganalytics planning budgeting and forecastingPassion and ability to create holistic endtoend integrated solutionsStrong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsResponsible for the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure new models and enhancements to the existing models are designed in the integrated and optimal mannerMaintain optimize all our current Anaplan models capture and deliver requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve further automation and integration of data and processes and to enhance user experienceStay up to date with the Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning processesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processesPreferred:
