Who You AreBachelor's degree in a field related to Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant work experience4+ years of Software Engineering or Identity Management WorkProficient with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go and authorization and authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP, etcPassionate about enabling others securelyKnowledgeable of public and private cloud environments and Linux internalsConfident representing your ideas and opinions in a manner that may be challenged and respond to feedback wellDemonstrate inclusive behavior and cultivate diversity to generate a sense of belonging amongst your colleaguesHave an ownership mentality and track record of successful, high-quality resultsAdept in Infrastructure-as-CodeSystematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and intrinsic motivation to get things accomplished wellCommunicate technical information and details effectively to technical and non-technical audiencesWhat You'll Do

Enhance existing identity management practices, improving efficiency and structure to evolve with business needsDrive observability, detection capabilities, and preventive measures for our infrastructure and servicesImplement privileged identity controls using cloud native and traditional approachesDemonstrate deep knowledge of the software and systems in your domain and how they interact with other productsOperate independently with assistance from more experienced engineers as neededProvide on-call support on a rotational basisParticipate in the full SDLC; including development, estimation, planning, and design - Deliver moderately complex code solutionsExecute on high priority items alongside teammatesImplement systems to automate user and group managementAssist Partner teams in the adoption and integration of IAM capabilities into their development lifecyclesWhat are the Perks?
